Moral hazard and the Fund

Moral hazard occurs when a manager takes more risk because others bear the loss.

Antalya Investment Fund mitigates this by aligning the General Partner’s incentives with investors: no management fee, high-water mark, GP own high capital investment which bears the same risk, and a loss-sharing clause that holds the manager accountable for downside performance.
